Using Department Spaces with omnichannel routing

This is weird… to launch new features in 2024 with such a limitation “Note: Department Spaces cannot be used with Talk, messaging, and Chat. It is also not recommended with omnichannel routing

Viachaslau The messaging here needs to be updated. You can use Department Spaces with Omnichannel routing, you just need to ensure alignment between group and brand assignments of agents. If you're using non-legacy Talk or Messaging, you can also use those features as well. We will not be supporting legacy Chat.

Thanks Alina Wright . “Can not be used” and “not recommended' phrases looked for me as ”messaging and talk are not supported". As per legacy chats - yes, I agree that it's an outdated product.
