Your AI agent's persona settings – in the Bot Persona tab in the UltimateGPT settings – allow you to define an identity and tone of voice for your AI agent.
Identity
The first section controls the identity of your bot. The settings you can change here are the name of the AI agent and name and a business profile for your company. This way the AI agent knows who it is and where it's working – or in other words, these settings allow you to provide context for your AI agent to give the most appropriate responses. The business profile should be a couple of short, factual sentences in English that would be useful for that purpose. Keep in mind that to avoid confusing the users, the bot's name should be the same as what's configured for the chat widget.
Make sure not to add instructions for the AI agent to the business profile. This may lead to unexpected errors. Similarly, keep the description short and factual. That means simple text about your company's business domain rather than any marketing focused material that could potentially influence your bot's behaviour.
Tone of Voice
Tone of voice settings control what type of language the AI agent uses when responding to the users. You can control tone and length of the responses separately. The preview in the right hand side will give you an idea of how these options affect the responses.
Additionally you can allow the AI agent to answer with knowledge that doesn't exist in the knowledge base. By default this is disabled but if you have some less serious use-case for your AI agent then you might want to consider allowing this to make the AI agent more fun.
