Zendesk Workforce management (WFM) is enhancing the scheduling experience by allowing you to sort agents by their shift start time.
This announcement includes the following topics:
What is changing?
We are adding the ability to sort agents by shift start time in the day view of the schedule. You can now see a clear waterfall arrangement of shifts, making it easier to navigate through the schedules.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Viewing simultaneous schedules helps you better align your team's tasks, accounting for team members being on or off certain tasks or in and out of the office at different times. This approach facilitates real-time monitoring and adjustments, allowing you to quickly spot what’s planned for the next period.
What do I need to do?
