Zendesk is introducing the ability to print side conversations from all channels.
This announcement includes the following topics:
What is changing?
Previously, side conversations couldn't be printed.
Now, you can print a printer-friendly version of any side conversation from any channel, including email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and child tickets.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Zendesk is making this change in response to your feedback and to further expand the functionality of side conversations.
What do I need to do?
To print a side conversation, see Printing tickets. You must be on a Suite Professional plan or above.
