I generate a report that shows our company's monthly solved ticket totals and separates them by a custom field I called "property name" as we have a few locations in the area. The "property name" field is set as required. Yet somehow each month I get a small handful (5-20 or so) ticket closings under a mystery field for "empty value." I cannot figure out how I'm getting solved tickets without this required field set each month. Is there a way ticktets are getting solved without that being set? I have no automations or anything that would automatically "solve" tickets.
