I am hoping folks can provide some guidance for me. We intend to use Zendesk to take in Chat, Email, SMS and Voice. I am hoping to find a solution that allows me to bring up the customer's name, address, phone and email address should I have that info or build it should this be a first call. I am not looking for a full blown CRM system. I just want to know if I had a customer and they reconnect with us via one of these Channels I know who they are? I am hoping there is something local to Zendesk I can pull off vs. putting customer data out on yet another system/service. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
