Send Slack notification when all Tickets sent to a group are assigned
Hey there,
We currently have a Slack endpoint set up for notifying the team when a ticket is open and unassigned to an Agent after 3 hours.
Is there a way to set up a trigger to send a notification to the Slack channel when all tickets have been assigned? Meaning the Group assignment is "Tech Team" (for example) and everything in the group has been assigned to individual agents.
Thanks in advance for the assistance and let me know if my case is clear enough.

Hey Josh!
You may be able to set something up using a service like IFTTT or Zapier. Otherwise, I think you'd need to use the Zendesk API. You can find info on that here: REST APIs.
