AMP Support
Google's AMP offers a seamless and blazing fast toned-down experience on mobile. It's extremely interesting for countries where network speed are low.
support would be a potent feature to have on Zen Desk Help Center. MozBlog addressing this issue
The current HC offers a lot of customization option with the themes JS and CSS but AMP requires development effort on the infrastructure, it simply cannot be done even on a custom implementation.
Is there any plan to bring this feature to ZenDesk's Help Centers?

Hey Brice,
Thanks for bringing this up. You're right that this requires some additional functionality beyond what we provide in Help Center today. We have looked at AMP and are currently trying to understand uptake of the feature as well as trade offs we might have to make in order to support it around customizations and templates.
That's a long way of saying, we're looking at it but we don't have it on our road map at the moment. I'll let you know if that changes.
Thanks!

I can only support this request. The AMP team has been quite open to adding new scenarios to their component library, examples are Analytics partners, Social platforms, Media providers and Ad networks. Helpdesk would be another of these scenarios. There is an open request for this in their Github, https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/issues/6553, but they always require the cooperation of the companies though for the actual implementation.
Adoption of AMP has actually been off any charts, checkout their blog, for example this article https://amphtml.wordpress.com/2017/05/18/turbocharging-amp/. Recently even FB joined the initiative https://techcrunch.com/2017/05/25/facebooks-instant-articles-platform-to-support-google-amp-apple-news/. The last Roadmap update contains a lot of focus on e-commerce, which I can imagine is one of the main scenarios for Zendesk itself: https://amphtml.wordpress.com/2017/07/14/amp-roadmap-update-for-end-of-q2/.
