It would be great if the Help Center Instant Search (autocomplete search) could be improved.
- Our articles contain tags to cover synonyms for words. For example, we often use "reservation" and "booking" or "login" and "sign in"
- The article title could be "How to cancel your reservation in our extranet" or "How to login to our extranet"
- The Instant Search, now only brings up the articles if the user types "reservation", as that's in the title of the article. But doesn't bring up the article if the user types "booking"
Adding tags to the Instant Search, would solve this.
