    Hey Chris!

    If you haven't seen it already, I'd recommend taking a look at our Zendesk Insights recipes reference (Professional and Enterprise). That should give you the info you need to build these reports!

    This doesn't answer the first part of the question, which is "how do I email a report?" I would also add this question, 'Is there a way to set up a scheduled time to send reports to individuals?'

    I am also on here to find out how to scheduled emailed reports to helpdesk managers. I am on the professional plan but do not see a straightforward option to setup an emailed report.

    Hi Pete,

    If these helpdesk managers are not agents within your account you'll want to schedule these email reports directly from within the agent interface as mentioned in our Sharing reports in Insights documentation.

    You can schedule to email a PDF document to any recipient outside your Support account.

    Let us know if you run into any issues setting this up!

    Hi Pete

    You'll want to do the following: 

    1. Click the Reporting icon () in the sidebar, then click the Insights tab.
    2. Click Emailing dashboards icon in the upper-right corner.

    3. Select the Dashboard tabs you want to include.
    4. Select a Repeats option for the frequency of the email, then select a Time option for the time of day you want to send the email.
    5. Click Add recipients or define custom subject and message.

    6. Enter the email recipients for this dashboard in Send a copy to.

      Use a comma to separate multiple email addresses.

    7. Enter an Email subject and Email message.
    8. Click Schedule .
