    Hello Jose,

    It doesn't really satisfy your needs, but I've got an app in the marketplace that gives you quick and easy insights about your queue:
    https://www.zendesk.com/apps/queuerious-lite/

    You can at least see the number of calls in the queue, the (current) average wait time and the number of available and logged in agents.

    There's a more advanced app for supervisors and admins, that's not marketplace compliant (yet). That one has more insights and details.

    Hi Jose, 

    This would be a great feature and it falls into how we can manage our staffing more efficiently, it is an area that we will be looking at enhancing at some point, our current priorities have us focusing on other areas but I will put this on the backlog for discussion. When it makes its way to the roadmap I will be sure to communicate and get your feedback on the feature!

    RE: sound notification for incoming calls. please make sure your computer audio is turned on and if you meant "change" the sound notification when you said "set up" then this is not something that is possible in the product today. There is only one default ring.

    Hi Jenny,

     

    Is there a way to have audible notifications via the speaker when the headset is plugged in? Our staff have other duties that place them out of their desk. So there is a high chance of calls being missed. Is there a solution for this yet?

    Does Zendesk have a light up notice for a talk agent? We are a call center that is unable to have computer volume on to hear the phone ring. We are looking into what alternatives, I found some devices that light up for notifications, does zendesk have any options or suggestions? Example ThingM Blink, plugs into your Laptop an lights up on any notification. I am assuming this would work for a phone call via Talk.

    It would be very useful to have a feature in Talk that could notify specific admins/agents in some manner if no agents are logged into Zendesk Talk. You have to manually check the dashboard to confirm this and that isn't an option for 24/7 operations when managers only work day time hours.
