Ticket Sharing as it currently stands is pretty half-baked. The following improvements would make it much more usable:
1. Assignee field should be shared between Zendesk accounts. Currently shared tickets have different assignee's which leads to confusion and discrepancies.
2. When choosing an Assignee on shared ticket, we should be able to select agents from the shared Zendesk account.
3. When leaving replies or notes, we should be able to @ mention agents from the shared Zendesk account. It is far too difficult to communicate with shared Zendesk accounts.
4. Any other standard ticket fields should be shared across Zendesk accounts. A ticket should be a single source of truth.
