    It is probably best to create a custom metric and add that metric to your global report metrics. That way many reports will be able to use the same metric as a filter.

    For example, you create a metric to test your tags and have that metric always return 1 if there is a hit on one of your tags. Then include the metric in a numeric range filter. 

    Your custom metric could look like this:

    SELECT IFNULL((SELECT # Tickets WHERE Ticket_Tag IN (tag1, tag2)),0)

    Graeme is kind of great with our Insights tool, so trust his advice! I would have said the exact same thing! 

    If you don't want to create a metric as Graeme suggested, another idea would be to create copies of a report that has the filter set up already, and then change the What and How to match your needs. Copying a report is fairly easy, and may save you some time on your filter creation.
