    Hi Martin

    There is no easy way of doing this - If you have a mailing list for each department in your mail setup, you can set up a mail target that points to that mailing list. Then you can create a trigger that adds a tag, that tag sets off a trigger that send only the latest comment to that target.

    Hej, that is fine. I think I will simply create a new ticket on behalf of the additional user and link it to the original one. Thanks
