I sometimes get a ticket by e.g. a department head to perform some actions on one of his/her collaborators (say change in mailing lists). The ticket is created by the department head, but I also want to notify the user in the ticket when a change is done (just once in the flow). Is there an efficient way to do this? Basically it is like several notifications to different people in a single ticket and that the recipients don't get access to the whole thread, but just receives a mail once.
