Hello, I am trying to follow the documentation here https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004884827 but it seems outdated. All I want to do is make a simple form that I can embed on the website. I dont see "custom ticket fields". And on the image here https://zen-marketing-documentation.s3.amazonaws.com/docs/en/widget_admin_contact_form_toggle.png its different on my where "setup" is on the right and "customization" is on the left. I dont even see "ticket forms". I am attaching a screenshot. This is how my screen looks.
