    Hi Haroon,

That article presuppose that you have already created a custom ticket field. Since you don't have the Custom ticket fields available on the Widget customization page in your screenshot, I'm assuming you have not yet created a custom field. Is that correct?

For more details about creating custom fields take a look at this article about Adding custom fields to your tickets and support request forms.

    Basically you navigate to:

Settings > Manage > Ticket Fields

    • Click Add custom field
    • Select the type of field you want
    • Give it name(s), title(s) and adjust settings to your needs
    • Click Add field

Now the Custom ticket fields should be available on the Widget customization page.

These fields need to be editable for the end user as well, could you check to see if that's the reason it's not showing up?

    Hi Jacob,

Thanks! That fixed it! Can I style embedded forms?

    Great!

There are a number of available customizations you can make to the web widget and also a beta program you can sign up to for the most recent customization options - here you can also suggest features you think are of value to web widget users.

I have seen examples of css styling suggested in the community, but I have no experience with it myself - try searching css style web widget for more info. Hope that get's you started.
