I'm working with Salesforce as my customer service help desk and I wish to move to Zendesk but I'm having integration issues.
I would like to know if there's a way to populate Zendesk custom filed with Salesforce information?
I want to be able to populate a custom field in Zendesk with Salesforce information such as status, SLA type, account name etc.
Once the Zendesk ticket is Solved I will use integration service like Zapier to create a case in Salesforce which is populated with the Zendesk fields (which are synced from Saleforce).
Please let me know if there's a way to do it.
