Forward Call to a landline or mobile phone

    Hi Andreu,

    I'm afraid Zendesk Talk does not support the functionality to perform a complete call forward or redirect from the number itself, however you can use the agent forwarding feature. 

    Agents are able to configure forwarding to a landline or mobile phone number from Zendesk. Here's a brief article on how to do this - How do I forward calls from Talk to a personal phone. It would be the 'Via Phone' option.

    Note: When calls are forwarded to an external phone, caller-ID will display the Zendesk Talk number, (not the original caller's phone #). This is to help agents identify which incoming calls are coming in via Zendesk Talk. Also the agent must be online in order for the calls to be forwarded using this feature.
