It is currently not not possible to sync the Organization of the requester for a shared ticket automatically. It is also not possible to create a trigger that will automatically assign the Organization to a ticket.
We use the Organization feature to support all our different clients. Without being able to set an Organization to a ticket we lose the ability to report on which client the tickets are coming from. Ticket Share tickets come through with an empty field as the organization. I am surprised I could not find any other articles/people with this same issue.
