Merge customers

    Hi John,

    When you mention clients, are these your end users? If so, you can merge them: I have double checked and you can certainly merge across two different organisations.

    Simply open your user's profile, click the arrow next to New Ticket, and choose Merge. You can then enter whichever other user profile you wish to merge with.


    Merging will assign each merged user to each ticket assigned to them, which might not be right for you. As you mention that you would like 'all tickets in one area', perhaps a View containing tickets requested by these clients would be beneficial?
