One of my agents doesn't show solved tickets

Domain DCTFH1.
One of my agents (Jenni) doesn't show any solved tickets period 14th to 19th June, Should be stats present.
Any ideas?

figured it out...the agent was removed from default group, so tickets were moving from solved to closed were looking for agent in that group and not finding one. They moved to unassigned, then defaulted to an agent within the group
