    Welcome to the Community, Mariya!

    You can view all of your Solved tickets by doing an advanced search in your agent interface.

    Click the little magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the screen, and click Advanced Search. In the upper right corner now, you'll see a Filters drop down. Click on that, and then click on the Status field and select Solved. This will display all tickets that are currently in Solved status.

    It's important to note that after a certain period of time (determined by your Closed Ticket automation), your Solved tickets will be moved to Closed status. If you want to view those tickets as well, simply click the Closed status option in your advanced search, and it will show all Solved and Closed tickets.
