Customizable 'Properties Panel' UI Feature - Adjustable Sidebar Width

    Our agents have requested this functionality too.  The ability to expand/contract/hide the ticket properties panel is important for agents using laptops.

    Would be extremely beneficial to map out form layouts like a table (e.g. 2 colums, 3 columns, etc.). We could use this feature in the Support interface as well as Guide/Help Center.

    Our agents would benefit greatly from being able to resize or hide the ticket properties panel, since most of them are using laptops as well.
