I would like to add the 'contact us' button to the support widget when the help center is
linked into it (where I have indicated with the red x) when the support button is clicked, to give users the ability to raise tickets without first searching for an article. As our org usually have tickets that cannot be resolved by a search but the search is required to provide a resource to new users of our product to get quick support. Is this something that can be done?
Also is it possible to amend the text in the search bar for the widget?
