I understand we can use
zE.hide() and zE.activate
to launch the widget using our own "contact" button.
But I've noticed if there is an active chat in progress and the chat window is minimized, it is also hidden. The expected behavior would be for an active chat window to stay on the page but be minimized (even if an agent responds, and the window is hidden, the customer does not see it!) Is this not possible?
