    Hi Edwin!

    You're definitely not blind; I checked the localization settings to make sure and Swiss Italian isn't on the list.

    I'm checking with the Product team to see if I can get any additional information on this for you. I'll let you know what I find out!

    Hey Edwin! Sorry for the delay.

    I'm still working on getting an answer on this; so far the educated guess is that we have more Swiss French and Swiss German speaking customers, so we've opted to support those languages already. I'm still working on getting some more insight on it, though!

    Hey Edwin! I finally tracked down the right folks to get the answer to this question.

    What it basically boils down to is that up to this point we haven't had anybody ask for Swiss Italian support in Guide. I'm guessing that this is something you'd like to be able to use...if that's the case, let me know and I'll pass it along!

    Hi Jessie, 

    Indeed we would like to be able to use Swiss Italian support! Now we are feeling special to be the first Zendesk users to use the Swiss Italian language codes :-)

    We are setting up the web widgets at the moment, could I assume the language code will be 'it-ch'?

    Thank you for the confirmation.

    At the moment we are only weeks away from launching our Swiss portal, but just now I checked and Swiss Italian is not an option to select yet. Since DEV is testing, could you possibly expect this option soon?

    Sorry this fell through the cracks here! I have submitted a ticket to our Product Localization team to get Swiss Italian enabled. I'll let you know when I have any additional information to share on when it'll be available!
