Until several weeks ago, we got the usual promotional spam message once in every few days. Recently, we are getting 5-6 spam messages a day. The vast majority of these spam messages are practically the same message. They always come from different email addresses but contain the same message and links to a .ru URL.
So far the way to deal with those spam messages was to mark each one as Spam, however, I'm looking for a better way to filter them out before they even reach my helpdesk.
Zendesk Spam Filtering seems to be enabled, btw.
What are my options?
