There isn't really a direct link to the help center from the widget, unless someone clicks "original article". Has there been consideration to add a link to the help center instead of "view more" or after someone chooses "view more"?
We're working on implementation and unsure whether our site's help button should open the widget directly, or a menu where we "contact support" or "go to help center". Keeping everything in the widget makes sense.
(I'll add more wish list items for the heck of it: hide contact fields when we have supplied them, direct links on our site to open articles or contact form, better identity/SSO options like external IDs for user and organization, any way to include a phone number as a contact option too. I love what you're doing so far!)
