Integrate Panasonic Telephony System (ncv200) with zendesk

    Hi Saripah - 

    Thanks for your question, and welcome to the Zendesk Community. 

    You may want to look into the Talk Partner Edition API to see if that has any info that could help you; we do not have any documentation specific to the system you're referring to. 

    The Talk Partner Edition API is available to allow your telephony system interact with Support once the call reaches your Zendesk Support app - it allows your already functioning app to make requests within Zendesk Support.

    In other words, the Support API allows you functionality to make requests specific to Zendesk Support, but getting the phone calls to and from Support is outside the functionality of the API. The Talk Partner API allows you to create tickets from calls, associate the calls/phone numbers with users or create users if one does not exist, automatically create a ticket when a call occurs, and create voicemail tickets.

    Saripa, you might also want to check a 3rd party CTI like Tenfold. It can integrate Zendesk with phone systems. With a software like Tenfold, all your calls can be automatically logged in Zendesk. Besides that, Tenfold's features include click-to-call, easy task creation, a call analytics dashboard, and more.

    Hello Mike,

    Ya, I try to submit demo environment for this apps too, but my customer doesn't want to spend money again. Ugh I think I need to make some customization. Thank you for your help. 

    I will update this article again, if I already done with the solutions.
