I would like to update a Zendesk ticket only on when the status of certain JIRA tickets changes.
By this I mean in JIRA tickets, I have a custom field called "New Feature". Only if this field is populated in JIRA and when the Status of that same JIRA is updated/changed do I want an update in the linked Zendesk tickets.
If that custom field in JIRA is NOT populated and the Status of that same JIRA is updated/changed, I do not wish to update the linked Zendesk ticket.
Is this possible?
