  Zapier can't update the custom fields on an Org using the easier to use ' Update Organization' function, but it can setup an outbound message using the Zapier Webhook featurethat you could use to update those custom fields. You'd ideally want some experience in formatting JSON, since you'll need to write some for this kind of request.

  Thanks Dan. I'm trying to update custom fields in Zendesk accounts based on changes to corresponding fields in our CRM (Hubspot).

  Will investigate the webhook approach in the future, thanks for the tip.

  If someone can provide a high level example of this "Update OU custom field from Zapier" it would be super helpful since this is the only result returning from Google on the subject.
