We are getting a number of people that decide that they want to email us and then 5min later will fill out the form on the website.
Most days when this happens if the customer is quick enough we can see in the view that the customer's name shows up twice. But sometimes on busy days one agent ends up grabbing one ticket and another grabs the 2nd ticket. I know by clicking on the customer's name up top we can see that they have multiple tickets. But not everybody thinks to click the name to see the history.
Is there an app or someway that we can get a quick glance if the customer has a history or multiple tickets?
