    @andrew Could you tell me a bit more about what additional benefits the search text in the subject line (versus somewhere else, etc) would provide you?

    It's kind of minor, but it would let us see the customer's request as the subject without making them retype it, clutter the form, etc.

    Thanks @andrew. One thing to note as well: The Pathfinder app provide this intel and more to the agents looking at the ticket.

    Just a note- for those of us that don't want to use search in the web widget, I would hope this wouldn't override any subject a customer can enter (which they can't right now but I could be wrong)
