Have had a good search, and am not quite sure how this can be achieved. JS in the theme? Data API?
What I would like to be able to do, is, when a customer clicks from our external site, through to create a new ticket (e.g. /hc/en-us/requests/new) how can I populate the relevant request User fields (If the user exists in Zendesk), or, at the very-least populate just the email field? Thanks.
