We currently use widget forms along with web forms to capture specific and very important data. One field we use asks about a specific date, but it looks like for some odd reason, the widget form doesn't support adding dates. I'm not sure why this is not implemented into the widget form but it needs to be added as soon as possible.
Our team is missing vital information and certain customers (and all internal Zendesk users) can ONLY use the web widget. If internal Zendesk agents were allowed to submit forms through the web then it would makes things a bit easier. Until then, we need the ability to support choosing a date custom field in the web widget.
I was told to submit a feature request to make this feature a possibility.
