Ticket Forms - field limits?

    Are you adding these to the form itself, or to the web widget?

    I was trying to add these fields to the form itself.

    Is that not the right way to work?

    An, it should be fine; I use 9+ ticket fields on my default form.

    Have you created the ticket fields first? They should then appear in a grey box to the right of the Manage > Ticket Forms' > 'Active Form' page and you can drag them across into the existing list and re-order as necessary.
