Zendesk Talk - Streaming Hold/Wait Music (rather than uploading a file)

    Hi Steven!

    This is a really interesting idea! I checked around and confirmed that it's not currently possible to pipe in any kind of streaming service for your Wait & Hold greetings. I did, however, find a post about this in our Product Feedback topic: Hold Music - Connect to Third Party Streaming Services.

    It's a fairly new post, but one of our Product Managers, Caroline, has already engaged on it. I'd definitely recommend heading over there to share your detailed use case! Caroline asked a couple questions in her comment there which I'd encourage you to answer, in addition to adding any other details you think are relevant.

    From an agent's perspective, it's irritating to hear the occasional ring tone while a customer is on hold. Can we please get that removed or changed to something less annoying?
