Any plan for adding a walkthrough service within Zendesk
Hi,
We are in the process of looking for a nice walkthrough (exemple) helper on our website and that would be a natural continuation of what we are doing within our knowledge base, but more imbedded within our website.
So that looks like it would be quite logic for Zendesk to provide this kind of service. Is that anyhow already possible within Zendesk, or is it in Zendesk's backlog at some point ?

We don't have anything exactly like that planned. We acquired Outbound earlier this year, and there is some functionality in that tool that could possibly be manipulated to serve a similar purpose - it has some abilities around embedding messages and targeting audiences (like new users.) But it's not really designed to be a helper/explainer so much as a messaging tool.
Basically it may be able to serve the purpose, but isn't exactly the type of tool you're referring to in your post.
