Hiya, i was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction here please.
Occasionally we come across certain tickets that we cant update the status for.
a common one is this:.
We have a workflow on a sharepoint list which emails our zendesk when a new user request has been approved.
This emails us certain fields from the list its self, when weve completed it. the ticket remains open, we cant pend it, or solve it. We have to resorting to creating a new ticket pasting the details in, then merging the old ticket with the new one.
Is there anything im missing?
