How can I export (e.g. to CSV/Excel) a list of open tickets ordered by their time open without a first response (for tickets without a first response, that would be their time open to "now"), and a list of tickets based on their time spent Open (or On-Hold, but not Pending) up to their first time Solved (or "now") if never solved?
For extra credit:
- How can I filter out tickets whose response/solution time is below some given threshold value?
- How can I have that threshold value be different based on the Priority of each ticket?
- How can I get this list to populate automatically in Zendesk Insights?
