    I think your feedback is still valid, but just so you know; instead of CTRL+Y you can do CTRL+SHIFT+Z to redo.

    Hey all 

    As a user of the system we would very much appreciate getting the 2 buttons - and not having to remember the codes for undoing and re-doing. 

    We see buttons applied at in other systems ( i.e. JIRA, Mailchimp a.m.) and use them frequently. 

    Buttons are more customer friendly.

    We would really like to have the Undo / Redo buttons as well.    This would be very helpful rather than having to use and remember the codes.   And it should be set up with more than "one" undo, so you can remove multiple steps of your text.

    Usually, users ask us for keyboard shortcuts to replace buttons, rather than the other way around. Can you explain why the buttons are needed over and above the keyboard shortcuts and how much of a difference it would make in your daily workflow?
