An extra signature is being added to replies
When I reply to a ticket it is automatically adding an extra signature and I cant find out where it's coming from? This is only happening when I reply, all other agents work properly. I've checked the usual places and this just started happening recently. Any ideas?

Could you please add some more informations?
Is the „normal“ signature part of the macro or saved in our profile?
I guess you already checked your Profile?
Right upper corner > Show Profile > Signature
Did you also checked the basic settings?
Admin > Settings > Agents > Signature?
If you want a personal signature for every agent, removed everything and only add {{agent.signature}}.
Of course you should save the entry first local, because you may need it again later. :)

got it figured out - it was a plugin that was doing it.
