Reporting on Zendesk tickets that have JIRA issues linked to them

    Hi George,

    It's not possible to see the Jira issues in a list of tickets as normally that information appears in the sidebar app, but you can sync data from Jira to custom fields in Zendesk, and those could be seen in a View or in Insights.
