Is it possible to change the default value of ticket fields I Zendesk web widget after the page is loaded?
I notice that in the doc here:
It says "You can use the
zE.activate methods before and after page load. For example, you can use them in click event handlers." but not mention whether zE.setHelpCenterSuggestions would work after page is loaded.
I'm trying to use zE.setHelpCenterSuggestions to update window.zESetting to change the default content of the ticket fields in web widget. And I will need to call zE.setHelpCenterSuggestions multiple times after the page is loaded, e.g. when user click some button.
