    Hi Craig,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. The search function within Zendesk will not search either the title or subject of attached files. This means you would not be able to accomplish what you're attempting. You can find all information about what the search function can do within Zendesk here

    I recommend going to our product feedback page to either up-vote or submit a new request for the ability to search text within attachments. Product feedback is the best way our customers' voices can be heard regarding feature requests and product changes.
