Adding a dropdown menu on the contact form

    Adam, what you need is a Custom Ticket Field from Admin > Custom Ticket Field

    Choose the drop-down option and set up the contents of it. Make sure to choose editable for end-users otherwise it will not show up.

    In the Widget configuration you should be able to select it under *Custom Ticket Fields*

    Ignore me! LOL I was trying to reorder the fields on the widget, which is apparently done via the default form.  Took me a while to find that out!
