Over the past couple of days we have received tickets from another Zendesk account which we have no connection to. They're coming from a Web Widget of another account (we don't use the Web Widget in our workflow).
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm now very worried that our tickets are also showing in other accounts now. We deal with very sensitive login information for clients.
I tried contacting Zendesk Support but they told me to post in the community forum(!). What should I do? Should I contact the original source of the tickets to let them know of the leak? I don't want to publish the information here since it is public.
