I'm having the same problem, I can't seem to find a resolution yet?

We are having the same problem.  I don't think TeamViewer has been responsive on the issue.  Maybe ZenDesk should REMOVE the integration and notify TeamViewer that it is not going to be visible until it is fixed.

Hey guys - thanks for letting us know about this issue. I've notified the proper folks internally, and they're reaching out to TeamViewer and are considering removing it from the marketplace if necessary. I'll be sure to give you an update as soon as we have one.

    Hey all -

Can you check it again and let us know if you're still having problems? I had one of our guys look into it and he couldn't replicate the error. This was fairly recent, so it's possible that they've fixed it and just didn't notify anyone.

I'm trying to sign in, and I get "Your Free Trial Period is Expired."  However, I am a fully licensed TeamViewer business account, and I subsequently used the SAME email and password to log onto their site at "https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn"

While ZenDesk's support is absolutely top-notch, I've found TeamViewer's support less than stellar.  Their product is INCREDIBLE -- the support, much less so.

So NO -- I have NOT been able to get it to work.  Do I need to re-download or re-configure the TeamViewer integration?

    Hi Stephen,

Thanks for reaching out with the issues you're running into here. Are you able to please try removing the integration and then re-add and configure again from there? Let us know how you go and we can create a ticket from there for some further troubleshooting if this doesn't do the trick for you. :)

    Best,

    Amie

    We have this problem too.
Are we all using the same browser (Chrome) ?
It seems (anecdotally) to work in FireFox.

Same error here with TeamViewer and Chrome. The error says "Cannot read property '1' of null".

We're testing out Zendesk as of a few days ago and installed TeamViewer's addon. If their app hasn't worked since July it should be removed from the marketplace.

    Hi all -

We've taken a look into this, and it appears the integration is still functioning properly in the majority of installs. We've alerted TeamViewer and asked them to look into it, and encourage you to reach out to their customer support as well.

    Hi all,

we are experiencing the exact same issue. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. We tried it with Chrome, Firefox, IE and Edge without success. Also we reinstalled the app multiple times.

Thanks for your support Nicole. I will submit the ticket to TV aswell.
