    Hi there!

You can restrict your Help Center content in a few different ways with User Segments, if you're on the Guide Professional plan. While you don't have the option to filter based on IP, you could leverage Organizations or User Tags to designate what content is visible to which user.

There might be some other Javascript solutions as well, but that kind of customization isn't something that Zendesk is able to help with. We have several coding gurus here in the Community who might be able to help with that!

No, will have to see if there is a way to do with Javascript because we are trying to block people from specific countries from seeing products we don't sell in those countries.

Hey Mike, I think this is exactly what I'm looking for and I was wondering if you were able to find a good solution?

I have articles that are visible to everyone so even anonymous users/guests can view them without an account. However, I have a need to provide specific content to specific users in certain geographical locations and I would like to hide/show based on user location.

Anyway, just thought I'd check to see if and how you were able to figure something out, because I'm striking out. Thanks!

    Josiah,

I did not find a good solution for this. So I just don't add a translation in those languages for those things I do not want to show in the different counties.
