More permission levels for Help Center Admins in Roles

    Yes PLEASE. 

    'Can Manage Guide' is far too broad of a permission set for what is a critical part of our support infrastructure. 

    We should be able to compartmentalize user permissions to reduce the number of users that can make errors like Jennifer described, while maximizing the number of agents that can contribute quality content to the Guide.

    Yes, it's totally fail to have current options... I have similar request expanded also for brands and etc.

    We would like this too. It would be great if there was some kind of 'Content creator' privielege within the Help Center role definition that's separate from the Admin functionality. This would allow the creation of articles, and visibility of the 'Manage Articles' area, but would not allow access to 'Arrange Content', 'Customise Design' or 'Settings'.

    Hey All,

    Just wanted to give a quick update here. We're currently working on this functionality. Some people in this beat have participated in reviewing prototype of how this might work. We won't be including this functionality as part of this beta as it's a bit beyond the scope, but will be running a separate beta specifically for that.
