    Hi Colten,

    Are CC's enabled in your account? You can check that in the Admin page > Settings > Tickets > CCs > Enable CCs on tickets.

    Just wanted to let you know we recently launched our CC Mentions app: https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/zendesk-mentions/ 

    It lets you easily see which tickets you are CC on...
